The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:
Reside in Shropshire, UK. Are 16 years of age or older. Are not employees of Carl Summers Financial Services or their affiliates, nor members of their immediate families or households.
To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the contest post on Facebook. Entry requirements may include liking, sharing, following, or tagging friends. Entries complete, accurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
The giveaway contest starts on Monday 14th April 2025 and ends on Wednesday 16th April 2025 at 10pm UK Time. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.
The winner will receive a chocolate Easter egg as displayed on Facebook post. As defined in the terms, the prize is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. Carl Summers Financial Services reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified by Facebook post and direct message within 24 hours after the deadline. If the winner does not respond within 3 days another winner will be selected.
By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow Carl Summers Financial Services to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.
Carl Summers Financial Services is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Carl Summers Financial Services and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
